Lessons and Experiences are available on selected weekdays and weekends depending on diary availability.  Experience Day dates are released annually and lesson dates quarterly via our newsletter and then made available on the system. If you are not signed up to the newsletter, you will not receive dates when they are released. You can book dates for the current quarter via our online booking system. 

Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase - if your voucher passes its validity date without being redeemed on our booking system, the Experience is no longer redeemable unless an additional extension fee of 20% of the lesson/experience cost has been paid to extend for a six month period (from expiry date). Credit from redeemed vouchers is valid for 12 months from date of redemption.

All vouchers are non-refundable. Once booked onto a selected date - our cancellation policy is 3 days (72hrs) before the booked date. If more than 72 hours notice is given, then participants can book onto a different date within the voucher validity. If less than 72 hours notice is given the voucher is no longer redeemable. 

Each discipline and lesson type has specific requirements to book (min age, max weight, min riding ability). If you are not within these requirements,  you will not be able to book. Please get in touch for more information!
